Session Overview – What Should You Expect?


1 on 1 Private Personal Training

Sessions reserve you either 30 or 60 minutes of 1 on 1 private session time. These workouts will vary depending on your goals and conditioning, but usually involve warmup, stretching, myofascial release (i.e. foam rolling), activation/corrective exercises and resistance training. If it is your first session, expect to add about 15 minutes as you learn the movements.
